Mark Silverman has settled hundreds of disputes for tenants on favorable terms.  When cases cannot be settled, Mark has resolved more than fifty cases by trial or arbitration.  He has obtained successful rulings for Chicago and Evanston renters at the Illinois Appellate Court, including Nadhir v. Salomon, 2011 Ill. App. LEXIS 1011 (1st Dist. 2011). 

    Mark wrote chapter 9, "The Chicago Residential Landlord and Tenant Ordinance," for the Chicago Bar Association's 2008 "A Young Lawyer's Guide to Real Estate Practice".
